Learning intervals based on the first notes of songs is unlikely to improve your skill with the kind of interval recognition that will help you in the long run. Learn many contexts, and you'll start to really understand them.


Some say ascending fourths sound like "Here Comes the Bride"
But change the context and...
That perfect fourth won't sound the same
